VIOLATION: Two people are shot while graduating from high school at the University of Tennessee when staff warn students to find cover

After the shots one person was killed and another was seriously injured after graduating from high school on Wednesday Tennessee State University.
The incident took place near the sports base of Murphy University Center on Wednesday night, where Riverdale High School was being held.
Officials urged students to evacuate as soon as possible. Those who could not be ordered to hide on the spot.
Rutherford County Sheriff Mike Fitchhu told Newschannel 5 that at least two people were injured in the shootout.
It is unclear in what condition they were or were students.
The shooter or shooters remain at large. Dozens of officers and K-9 units are questioning the area in search of the suspect.

A social media user, whose biography says he lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where the MSTU is located, claims to have heard five or six shots.
“My family and I were on the other side of the tennis court, we heard all 5 shots, and the sixth we heard hit something metal,” wrote Max, who was attending his younger brother’s prom.
“It was loud, so it probably hit a pole or something. We were on the grass, laughing and drinking cold drinks because it was hot. ”
Max claims his family “froze” when rabid passers-by began fleeing the area.

“We looked around and saw in which direction – we saw people fleeing, and we heard people screaming for help,” he wrote. “I brought my family out as fast as we could.”
A Twitter user @ a18217635, identified only as A, claims the shooting took place near the center of Murphy as people were leaving.
And claims that their sister, who was reportedly 10 feet from the incident, saw a group of boys.
“There is no other description of the shooter,” wrote A. “I have no idea whether they argued, because it was noisy.”
Another witness claimed that the high school graduation ceremony was over and the family was photographed together when she heard the shots.
“I heard five shots, looked and saw my 12-year-old daughter start running,” a FOX 17 witness said. “I ran after her, and she turned and saw a child on the ground, but we kept running. So sad. There really is.
The woman claims her daughter told her: “Mom, I’ll never forget how they fell to the ground.”
