SAN ANTONIA – Residents of Bexar County who want to spend the day outdoors can spend time at the San Antonio Zoo on Monday at a discounted rate for PNC Bank Local Day.
Admission is usually $ 21.73 for adults and $ 17.16 for children ages 3 to 11, but for locals on May 23 the price will drop to $ 8 per person.
The event is a way for the zoo to express its gratitude to the people of San Antonio who have supported them for many years.
To purchase a discounted ticket, visit the front gate of the zoo and make sure you have proof of residence in San Antonio. The zoo will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
