After a chase at low speed Talbert tried to block the road, and the gods crashed into the deputy’s car.
“I stopped it,” said Talbert. “No, don’t pay attention, he just crashed them into my car.”
Only then, very confused, did Miller wake up and finally regain control of his gods.
Miller was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. The trial is set for May 26.
Penalties for driving equestrian vehicles in damage are usually lighter than for drunk car drivers, and Miller is likely to be fined.

Deputy Sheriff Ashtabula responded to 911 reports that the Miller gods are all the way.
Miller’s horse drives past Talbert, who then tells a fellow MP what he saw in the gods of the Bud Light Bank, and behind the wheel of the conscious Miller.
“He’s going home, the horse knows how to get home,” Talbert says with a laugh, jumping into the car.
The deputy then goes after the gods and describes the situation on the radio.
“He just turned east to God and I yelled at the guy as he drove by,” Talbert says in a video from the incident’s camera.
“There’s a can of Bud Light sitting in the gods, and I hit the gods and yelled at the guy. He regained consciousness. He fell.

Police said Miller’s breathalyzer showed 0.063 percent. He was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol and arrested.
Miller was slightly injured and the horse was fine, Fox reports.
