If you don’t get better, you get worse. Such is life for NFL teams each offseason.

In light of the major shifts in the league since February, especially as a quarterback, several teams are heading into the 2022 campaign, projected to perform quite differently than a year ago.

Joy Taylor identifies the 10 teams that stand out the most at this stage – five of which are on the rise and five more are on the decline.

Joy Taylor decides which NFL teams she believes are in trend after the offseason, highlighting the Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers. Does your team tend up or down?

We go to the lists.

The trend is up

Denver Broncas

2021: 7-10, missed the playoffs

Taylor’s thoughts: “[They] added Russell Wilson. We talked about the fact that they were quarterbacks forever. They have the easiest schedule to start the season in the NFL for the first nine games. “

Indianapolis Colts

2021: 9-8 missed the playoffs

Taylor’s thoughts: “I like Matt Ryan here. I think the Colts are a very, very cunning team. I would pay very close attention to them.”

Philadelphia Eagles

2021: 9-8, lost in the wild card round

Taylor’s thoughts: “Another year with Jalen Herts, [Nick] The Syrians will be more comfortable. And they added AJ Brown. ”

Miami Dolphins

2021: 9-8 missed the playoffs

Taylor’s thoughts: “I like the additions they made. I’m cautiously optimistic, but I think Tua [Tagovailoa]it will be better this year. “

Los Angeles Chargers

2021: 9-8, missed the playoffs

Taylor’s thoughts: “I think they should go to the playoffs this year. I think they will train a little more conservatively, which I think is reasonable.”

Will Duck Prescott, who works harder, improve the Cowboys ’attack?

Will Duck Prescott, who works harder, improve the Cowboys ’attack?

Mike McCarthy said Duck Prescott this year looks slimmer and more flexible. He also plans to name more running games for defender Dallas Cowboys. Listen to whether Skip Bailess thinks Duck’s more running will make him a better defender.

Decrease

Dallas Cowboys

2021: 12-5, lost in the wild card round

Taylor’s thoughts: “They lost a lot of key parts. They won NFC East last year, I don’t think they will be that good this season.”

Green Bay Packers

2021: 13-4, lost in the divisional round

Taylor’s thoughts: “They’ve lost Davante Adams, who I don’t think can be replaced. It feels like Aaron Rogers is just enjoying the twilight of his career at the moment. He’s talking a lot about retirement.”

Tennessee Titans

2021: 12-5, lost in the divisional round

Taylor’s thoughts: “The Titans have won 12 games and were No. 1 seeded at AFC last season. I don’t like to rely solely on Derrick Henry or rely too heavily on Ryan Tanehill to throw the ball, especially if he doesn’t have an AJ Brown ”.

San Francisco 49ers

2021: 10-7, lost the NFC Championship match

Taylor’s thoughts: “This year they will have essentially a novice defender. They have also lost their offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel. How will that affect them? I just don’t think they will have that [playoff] run. “

Cleveland Browns

2021: 8-9, missed the playoffs

Taylor’s thoughts: “I don’t think Dashon Watson will play for them this season, Jacoby Brisset will be a defender. In this division it will fail.”
