President Biden, wasting no time, advanced a colossal $ 40 billion aid bill to Ukraine by signing a bill on South Korea’s emergency appropriations on Saturday.

The White House confirmed to Fox News that the bill was passed to the president on Friday with someone who was already planning to travel to the area as part of Biden’s trip to Asia this week.
