NEW BRANFELLS, Texas – A new single-family community from Tricon Residential, Inc and HHS Residential will soon appear in New Branfels.
New construction, to be called Tricon Trail Creek, began on May 17th. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2023. The community will be located next to the Barndominium, located along Highway 46 on the east side of New Braunfels.
The Tricon Trail Creek will include 180 three- and four-bedroom single-family homes with attached two-car garages, keyless front doors and smart home technology. Outdoors there are paths, a dog park, a small park with barbecue and a playground. This is the third of 13 new communities to rent single-family homes that Canadian Tricon Residential plans in Texas, including three in the San Antonio-New Braunfels subway, five in Dallas Fort. Worth three in Houston and two in Austin.
According to Tricon Residential Managing Director Andrew Carmody, the monthly rent will be about $ 2,250. Tricon will own and manage the property, and HHS will perform design and construction responsibilities.

“This project will provide new opportunities for fast-growing communities along Corridor I-35, especially for young families, the military and those entering employment,” HHS Residential Vice President Matthew McGee said in a press release.
